One-of-a-kind, handmade pieces
Every SEN TOKYO bag is handcrafted from vintage kimono obi textiles, and each piece is one of a kind. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Please review the photos and details carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Damaged or defective items
All orders are fully insured during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [shop@sentokyo.store].
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the damage
- Photos of the outer box and packaging
Please keep all original packaging until your case is resolved, as it may be required for the insurance claim.
Since each piece is one of a kind, we cannot offer a replacement. Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair or a refund.
Late reports
Our shipping insurance requires damage to be reported promptly. If we are contacted more than 7 days after delivery, we may not be able to file a claim or offer a refund.
International orders
For international orders, all duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
