The process
From hide
to hand
We begin each collection by selecting hides in person, feeling the grain, checking the weight. Only then do we start designing.
Patterns are cut by hand. Edges are burnished, not painted. Hardware is set with a mallet. Every step is a choice made by a person, not a machine.
The result: a bag that will age into something you couldn't have bought — it can only be earned.
